Our story
Terra & Telha was born out of a simple frustration: house hunting in Portugal shouldn't feel cold — rushed viewings, generic answers, nobody really listening. Founded by a small team of consultants who cut their teeth walking the streets, parishes, and property fairs from north to south, we decided to do it differently: treat every family, every investor, every first home, like it was our own.
Today we help buyers, tenants, and sellers across dozens of municipalities, but the way we work hasn't changed: every property has a dedicated consultant, ready to answer your questions, show the space with an eye for the details that matter, and negotiate with full transparency on price, terms, and timelines.
